2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the biding document via https://bids.extratenders.net/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/ and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 120.00 (Birr One Hundred Twenty only) for each LOT starting from July 3, 2023.
3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid security for each lot in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copies accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before July 18, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the place mentioned under No. 7 below.
7.Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall, Lot I & II July 19, 2023 @ 2:00 PM afternoon and Lot III to VI July 20, 2023 @ 2:00 PM Afternoon
8.Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9.The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
